Like other places in Athens and Tennessee small towns, the folks here are super friendly and helpful. Imagine being in this stressful environment all day and still being cheerful! With apologies to Kipling, "You're a better man than I am, Gunga Din!" I'll go out of my way to come to THIS Verizon store because of my experiences here compared with other stores. Maybe that's just me?”

Amber discussed the phone options available in great detail, and I made an appointment for 10 AM the next day.When I arrived, Amber was there to greet me and explained to her associate Amanda what I was looking to do. This is the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE that I've ever received from a US CELLULAR store.Amanda took the time to thoroughly explain the transfer of data from my old phone to the new one, set me up with screen protection and a drop case. While testing the new phone, I had a few more questions that Amanda was able to explain perfectly, AND she did this all while training a new employee.Amber and Amanda took some extra time to explain some different billing options that I was not aware of that would save me some money in the future.THANK YOU!”
