They both get 10+ stars for customer service. Jimmy Mullins…I have worked with the most in the last year, he has helped me 4 times as well as two others in my extended family. His technical skills are incredible and I appreciate his support and that he is very kind to me…a non-geek! Who understands nothing about technology!
