“I took my Porsche Boxster to Downtown Autobody to have the bumper and tail light repaired. The right side of my bumper was heavily scratched with white paint and my tail light was cracked around the edges as the result of a car side swiping my parked vehicle. I dropped my car off on a Monday and it was already finished by Wednesday evening! Communication was excellent, they were super kind and accommodating, and the body work was beautiful. They were also kind enough to wash my car and vacuum it out, leaving my car in pristine condition upon pick up. I would highly recommend Downtown Autobody for any work needed!”

“HIGHLY RECOMMEND. My car was being funny, I knew it was either the alternator or battery.. but also knew I know nothing about cars. James was phenomenal. Not only did he diagnose the problem, but he replaced my battery in the parking lot. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Thoroughly impressed!! “On April 16, 2024, I came into the S. Hall Rd. store located in Alcoa Tennessee. I was assisted by a gentleman by the name of Joe. Joe was extremely helpful and very courteous.
