Great management and maintenance team. Any issues were resolved quickly. It is one of the most pet friendly apartments in town. It is also very reasonably priced for how nice the apartments are and the amenities that come with it. I had no complaints whatsoever during my time living there.

Living at Silverthorne has been wonderful for our family! We love the dog spa option for our messy pup and how friendly the staff is with all the animals living on property!

I’ve greatly enjoyed my time living at Silverthorne Flats. The building and apartment itself is very modern which is something I looked for. The office and maintenance team always respond quickly and efficiently. I’d recommend Silverthorne Flats to anyone looking for a nice, luxury apartment for a decent price.
