“My husband and I have been at The Blu part-time since September, 2023. We call it our vacation home since it literally feels like we are on vacation when we are here looking out at the lake. Chance has been an awesome manager. He even hosted a Christmas gathering for the residents. The in-house bakery is an added bonus. I need to make more use out of the fitness room and hot tub. look at the sunset pics!”

“Great management and maintenance team. Any issues were resolved quickly. It is one of the most pet friendly apartments in town. It is also very reasonably priced for how nice the apartments are and the amenities that come with it. I had no complaints whatsoever during my time living there.”
“Went into the lofts today for a tour and I must say, they are by far the nicest lofts in town!! Mary was absolutely amazing, she’s extremely nice and very knowledgeable about the building and the area. The garage under the units is very nice and is well maintained. I do not live here currently but, from what I have seen and the first impressions of the Lofts it is an absolutely beautiful and cozy place to live. I am looking forward to filling out my application!!”
