“Ask for Jayden! He went the extra mile & got me set up with a phone that fit my budget. He was knowledgeable on all the products and offered a service plan that is excellent for my work needs. He also kept corporate on their toes by making sure they applied a discount that was applied the day before but the power went out so the transaction couldn’t be finalized until the following day. He’s honest and doesn’t beat around the bush. Friendly, knowledgeable, and deserves a raise!!”

“My phone fell out of my pocket onto concrete. Needless to say, my screen had pieces missing from it. It did not work at all. Verizon would have been 2 weeks before they could fix the screen, and could not retrieve my info and transfer to a new phone since the broken screen was causing phone to not work. I called right before they closed and was told that they had a replacement screen and could repair the next day. It's been over a month, and my phone is working perfect. Was it expensive? Yes, but worth it in my opinion. Fast and easy repair! Great job!”

“Kyle came to do my Dish Network installation and actually showed up early. The first thing on the agenda was to show Kyle where the receivers were going to be installed because my equipment location is a little out of the ordinary. Kyle reviewed it and said there should be no problems.Next, we went out to where I anticipated the dish would be installed. My self-having worked with C-Band, Ku-Band, Vsat and other satellite systems, I posed a few technical questions and Kyle had the knowledge and experience to answer them to my satisfaction.The next step was to program the Remotes to control the different TV's.Lastly and most important was to go over the may functions of the Remote. Kyle was very through and patient and would "go back" as often as I needed to memorize some of the less used features of the Remote.Now if you took the time to read my full review, you too will come to the conclusion that DTV Pros provide the finest service around.They get 5 STARS Plus from me.”

“I haven't set foot in a Verizon store in over 10 years, but last night (1/11/24) a Google update bricked my Pixel phone. I drove to the nearest Verizon store for some emergency help, and the gentleman there was a rockstar. Helpful. Patient. Pulled out his bag of tricks and got the phone working again. So more than anything, this review is to say "thank you" to that agent. I didn't think to get his name because there was quite a line, but he did great.”

It's nice to know if you forgot to pack - or ran out of - THE THING a spouse really wants that it's just a Walmart in anytown stop away. The layout of this store was a little confusing but consulting the app to find the aisle location was a lifesaver.”

“Man we saved alot of money by switching to cricket! And they have great service! We were late getting off of work so we didn't get to the store until 5:55pm and the store closed at 6pm! Anyway the computer crashed and the order wasn't going through but Anthony, the best employee of all time ,stayed an extra hour after closing to make sure we were all good! Heard me mention that we'd probably need a phone for my son later this year and looked at what we were doing that day and said a phone would only increase another $5 if we did together with the watch. “This place is horrible. I bought a phone case for $40.00 and after purchase informed him that the buttons did not line up properly. The volume down button actually caused the phones power button to be pressed. He offered for me to come back in 3 to 4 weeks when a new shipment would be in, but never ordered any new cases. He offered me store credit, to purchase more stuff that wouldn't fit my phone. He said that nobody else complained so he wouldn't take the faulty merchandise off the shelf. ALL of the cases for the A71 did not fit properly. I am very disappointed at the lack of customer service and his inability to make it right with either a refund or an exchange for a product that would work.UPDATE March 7th, 2021. I came back to the kiosk and spoke with the same gentleman that I had before. he had done his due diligence and contacted several distributors and notified them of the air with the phone case dimensions with regards to the buttons. the distributors and manufacturers of the phone cases more of no assistance to him and after he and I did a little digging on the internet we discovered that the a71 UW version of this phone is literally the only model of the phone that is a fraction of an inch bigger than every single other model of the a71 phone. He again contacted the distributor and notified them of the difference in phone dimensions for this one single model of a 71 and found a case that distributor assured him would fit this particular model of A71 phone. My new phone case is due to be in the store in 10 days and he took down my information to set that case aside specifically for me. At the end of all of this although it was very frustrating of a process, it really was not his fault and he went above and beyond even my strict expectations of customer service. In the end although there was a mistake that was made, it was not his fault, and he made every reasonable effort to make it right and in the end had he not been able to make it right with a phone case that worked I would have been eligible for a refund. Yes, this took some time, but the end result was satisfying enough for me to definitely be a return customer. Hence the need for the update.”

“Came into Verizon huffy and puffy because of my previous phone provider and there lack of help (at&t) I had three lines (2 phones, one watch) paying closer to $300 dollars a month. Had called at&t for help they didn't want to help so I said cool I'm going with Verizon, dead silent on the phone and at&t store.Came to Verizon at 6:59pm and it was packed, didn't think I'd get help. But after 5 minutes Justin called my name. I told him I'm with at&t and having issues. He offered to help.I wanted a phone, a tablet, and a watch (something I was trying to do at at&t) he got me approved had everything in stock, and was getting everything set up.8pm the store was closing, Justin and Tom worked for another 30 minutes to get everything working correctly.Justin and Tom, you are amazing, you got great customer service, and great heads on your shoulders. We need more people like you”

“I'm impressed with the excellent customer service I received at The Cell Phone Guy aka Rundaq! They we're able to find the right cell phone case for my Moto phone! I was unable to find any protective cases for it online or at Walmart. They also hooked me up with protective screens for both of my phones! The guys are all very kind and helpful! I definitely will recommend this store to my friends! Thank you Cell phone guy!”
