No pushy sales tactics either - let us talk about it without hovering. Showed us some additional products, but understood if all we wanted was the mattress. We're happy with our new bed.”

I also really appreciated the eclectic selection of goods beyond food items. I ended up grabbing some holiday pastries along with some Tim Tams and mochi. “Both gentlemen running the business has always been very personable and knowledgeable during my visits at their local store to purchase specifically a bed and a dresser more recently. Love the special offers that come out especially to those loyal to the Rent All company. With my limited SSD income it is nice to purchase high quality products, yes with high interest, over an extended period of time but more often than not can double up on my payments to not make the total purchase mostly interest. Continue the good work as I'm sure I will be in after finishing off the dresser payments to look for more products to fill my house with my pending wedding late this year / early next year.Thanks Guys,Larry Larson”

“We were looking for outdoor furniture to finish up a project. We liked what we found on their website, but it made me a little nervous since the company was in SD, and we are in Nashville TN. We decided to move ahead, and we ordered a Luxcraft Adirondack swing, and we enjoyed it so much we ordered 4 Luxcraft Adirondack chairs to go with it. The company was great to work with and very responsive. The swing and chairs are a few years old now and still look great.”

“So my husband, Todd and I first visited DeWitt Designs studio in Sioux Falls about 14-15 years ago and we bought some "REALLY NICE" couches you know the high quality kind you hope to keep as your forever couches? These couches had best high quality brown leather I'd ever seen with curved edges, super comfy, solid craftsmanship (kind of spendy but worth it) You dream of having them forever! Well, our dogs were jumping around on them, and since the leather had thinned a bit, wear n tear and lots of sunshine in 15 years made for a little bit of dry leather. Then my 4 legged fur babies poked holes in some of the cushions with their nails it really looked tacky. So I called Dewitt designs and spoke with Jim, he said I could get the cushion covers replaced!!! I was ecstatic because these are our forever couches. You know something really nice you want to hand down to family member. Well, the whole process took three or four weeks, and Jim was so pleasant and so helpful. We first wanted to make sure the leather matched the original couches color/texture so he sent me samples then I got the final product. Here's a picture of the finished product. I am so pleased with the customer service and quality of DeWitt Designs I highly recommend them!!!”
