The worst customer service ever. Arrogant rude condescending and unknowledgeable staff. I try to always go with the little guys but this is one local business not worth supporting.

I recently purchased an Ariens snow blower from ideal yard ware. The product did not work for us. Be aware that Ideal yard ware does not accept any returns or honor the 10 day return policy of Ariens. You are better off buying from the big box stores. They would not even test the machine for us "too busy with customers".
