“I bought a $1500 mattress from Best Mattress on 08DEC23. I had them drop it off on my porch 17DEC23. When I unpackaged the mattress, I noticed that 6” to 8” at one of the corners of the mattress was not completely sewn and the top side of the mattress was coming apart from the rest of the mattress; this will only get worse in years to come. So I called them and sent pictures of the sub- standard mattress and they told that they would get back with me. I never heard back from them; but it was Xmas and figured that they might be abit busy so I didn’t worry about. It’s now the middle of January and still no word. So I still have a mattress that was sold to me as a locally well-made mattress… which just isn’t so!So I would not recommend this business to anyone. I like shopping with small, local businesses but not with Best Mattress.Respectfully,E. And that’s exactly what happened with me! But when Buddy and Logan caught wind of the situation, they jumped right on it! They got me all squared-away that day.So I want to retract what I said about not recommending Best Mattress…Au contraire!…I highly recommend these people. They have a great product and wonderful service…you truly cannot ask for anything better! Splendid!Again, I want to apologize for being alittle too quick to criticize. “I would like to share our wonderful experience with this store. We recently moved to the area and were referred to this store for furniture. Not only were the prices affordable but they were lower than every store we compared! We ended up buying all our bedroom and family room furniture there. Daniel the owner and Micheal and Harry were amazing to work with. From getting the right mattress to the picking out the color of our fabrics. Lastly, they delivered the furniture (for free I might add) and set it all up in every room. Spent hours at our house making sure it was all perfect. Truly the best experience ever! “The original location next to the Barnyard Flea Market is no longer open. They have a sign posted with their new location down the street where the Big Lots is. The desk furniture is overpriced for the brand they are selling, Sauder, same found in Walmart. The employees were friendly, space was clean and bright. I will be back to look again.”
