“I had open heart open triple surgery and needed up quickly buy and have delivered a recliner that I could sleep in. Badcock was the only Furniture store who cared enough to make the effort to get me what I needed to purchase. One store could have cared less, one store would sell me one, but it had to come from the warehouse, they refused to sell and replace their floor model the next morning, however Badcock was more than willing to help me as a paying customer what I needed. I should have went there in the first place. They did the same thing for my Sister in 2009. They have a wide offering of home friendly, well made furniture.”
