“I am very pleased with the help I received from Harold at this store specifically. He assisted me and my family with the printing of an Obituary, and we were pressed for time. He stayed and accommodated me regardless if his was not on his time. He stayed after to make sure the details were done properly and even helped me adjust and format things that I couldnt do. His experience in Adobe, microsoft publisher and overall computer knowledge made this rush job so much easier for us. I was also not in town and in another country at the time, so im glad he picked up the phone for my request. Blessed!. If you call in for Printing services, ask for Harold!!!”

“I went here earlier to get a Valentine’s Day card shipped out . The post office was closed so I wasn’t 100% sure how the UPS store does things . (Never been ) . I needed my card to get there before Wednesday. My associate was pretty okay in explaining the process (seemed unsure ) . I ended up paying $42 for next day AIR. The location is very busy I feel she could’ve been more informative & that she was rushing to get to the next person.”
