“12 years ago my husband & I found this store when we were building our home. We outfitted almost the entire interior with quality items that are still serving us well (cabinets, entire bathroom & kitchen, wood flooring, tile & slate). Over the weekend when choosing where to go for an add on bathroom in the basement we decided to go back, since we had such good luck there so many years ago. Andrew was very accommodating and efficient in helping us with our purchases & even helped out with changing out an item (oops, our fault not theirs) after the sale. Same manager was there that helped us out 12 yrs ago! Great to see a business still going strong & doing right by customers consistently. Side note..... did I mention the prices are very reasonable ?”

“Came in needing a battery and charger for my DeWalt impact drill. Kara assisted me and was awesome! Although they didn't have the single battery and charger combo I wanted, she located a dual battery combo, took $25 off that AND I was given a circular saw for FREE($200 value) because of a promotion going on! Home Depot has the best associates and that's why I never go to Lowe's anymore!”

“Absolutely awesome experience stopping at this location. Customer service at its best. I stopped in while visiting in the area and looking for a specific Halloween decoration. The staff went above and beyond to locate my item and help me get it in my small vehicle for transport back to Charleston. I never felt like I was bothering them as they genuinely wanted to help me get my item. I missed the name of the lady that was setting up the Halloween section but she stepped in and was awesome to work with I greatly appreciate it. I also have to recognize Rachel for thinking of the idea of breaking everything down to fit in my car, Nancy with securing my checkout, and Mike for dealing with the heat to make sure everything got in my cat securely and safely for my drive back home. Thanks again for the great service and experience.”

“Hi I recently placed a in store order that is $1,623 , the service person that helped me said I could get pro status and discounts for being a pro. When she submitted for the pro status it was rejected. I was told the amount to be a pro is $1,500 so I bought a nail gun to make sure I was more than that amount. I spend a lot of money at Home Depot each year so I should qualify just from past purchases. Please explain why I was rejected. Thanks SteveMartin”

“We needed a key made, and the kiosk was confusing. James knew that Cullen was assisting another customer, so he helped us. The kiosk was totally not helpful, so James retrieved Cullen to make the key manually.Both Cullen and James were very helpful, pleasant, and patient. They took their time, with explanations during the process. We are very appreciative of both of them.”

“I do love a hardware store. Lowe’s is always a nice one no matter what location. But you would never know they are a hardware store by the condition of the bathrooms. Old pealing toilet seats, toilets running none stop, just dirty, and falling apart. I know you know where to get the parts from.”

“I do love a Lowe's, but this one could use better customer service. Trying to find someone to help you can be a challenge. Also, this is not the place to find Sharkbite plumbing part. They're always out.”
“It's Lowe's. I'm leaving this review because my experience on this day was beyond normal. I had two associates assisting me Jeffrey and Charlie and they went way beyond what would be expected of them. I drove from one side of town to that store because it showed that that was the only Lowe's in the city that had something in stock that I wanted. It wasn't on the shelf and it wasn't on the overstock shelf. That didn't stop them they continued to look elsewhere in the store and stumbled across it in the wrong section and not even unpacked so you wouldn't have noticed it. It was pure luck that they found it but they wouldn't have found it if they weren't putting in the effort to begin with. These two gentlemen are the epitome of customer service. They actually made my day. It made me appreciate that I choose Lowes as my go to store.”
