“12 years ago my husband & I found this store when we were building our home. We outfitted almost the entire interior with quality items that are still serving us well (cabinets, entire bathroom & kitchen, wood flooring, tile & slate). Over the weekend when choosing where to go for an add on bathroom in the basement we decided to go back, since we had such good luck there so many years ago. Andrew was very accommodating and efficient in helping us with our purchases & even helped out with changing out an item (oops, our fault not theirs) after the sale. Same manager was there that helped us out 12 yrs ago! Great to see a business still going strong & doing right by customers consistently. Side note..... did I mention the prices are very reasonable ?”

Although they didn't have the single battery and charger combo I wanted, she located a dual battery combo, took $25 off that AND I was given a circular saw for FREE($200 value) because of a promotion going on! Home Depot has the best associates and that's why I never go to Lowe's anymore!”

“Absolutely awesome experience stopping at this location. Customer service at its best. I stopped in while visiting in the area and looking for a specific Halloween decoration. The staff went above and beyond to locate my item and help me get it in my small vehicle for transport back to Charleston. I never felt like I was bothering them as they genuinely wanted to help me get my item. I missed the name of the lady that was setting up the Halloween section but she stepped in and was awesome to work with I greatly appreciate it. I also have to recognize Rachel for thinking of the idea of breaking everything down to fit in my car, Nancy with securing my checkout, and Mike for dealing with the heat to make sure everything got in my cat securely and safely for my drive back home. Thanks again for the great service and experience.”

“Cullen was so prompt and friendly this morning! I came in to make a key , the key machine was down so I went to the cutting counter and was IMMEDIATELY greeted and treated like a valued customer even though I’m honestly still in my pjs ! Tequila at self check out was also very kind and friendly”

The kiosk was totally not helpful, so James retrieved Cullen to make the key manually.Both Cullen and James were very helpful, pleasant, and patient. They took their time, with explanations during the process. We are very appreciative of both of them.”

“I do love a hardware store. Lowe’s is always a nice one no matter what location. But you would never know they are a hardware store by the condition of the bathrooms. Old pealing toilet seats, toilets running none stop, just dirty, and falling apart. I know you know where to get the parts from.”
