Home Depot has the best associates and that's why I never go to Lowe's anymore!”

“Absolutely awesome experience stopping at this location. Customer service at its best. I stopped in while visiting in the area and looking for a specific Halloween decoration. The staff went above and beyond to locate my item and help me get it in my small vehicle for transport back to Charleston. I never felt like I was bothering them as they genuinely wanted to help me get my item. I missed the name of the lady that was setting up the Halloween section but she stepped in and was awesome to work with I greatly appreciate it. I also have to recognize Rachel for thinking of the idea of breaking everything down to fit in my car, Nancy with securing my checkout, and Mike for dealing with the heat to make sure everything got in my cat securely and safely for my drive back home. Thanks again for the great service and experience.”

We looked around and spoke with the most wonderful assistant Michelle from the pickup area. She was so delightful and helpful. She noticed a blemish both my Dad and I missed and helped us out tremendously. “I always find it interesting to read others reviews before I post my experience. I was very surprised by the low reviews based on my rental. However many of the 1 and 2 stars are from years ago, so perhaps Home Depot heard your cries for help and improved. We rented a large jack hammer to deal with some very stubborn rock (from hell since even the excavator we rented [from a machine rental company] was not doing the job). From my 1st phone call to the return process, these young ladies were great and very knowledgeable, kind and courteous. They were crazy busy from the moment I walked into the store with pick ups, drop offs, phone calls, walk ups asking questions, helping load (yes these ladies were loading equipment, too), they really were very patient super stars, especially now during covid and all the extra that extra work it entails. I can definitely say my experience at HD tool rental department were definitely 5 stars.”
