“The store has been reconfigured recently and now has the long aisles. It was clean and well stocked. The Employees that worked to get the store reconfigured and restocked did a great job. It was a pleasant shopping experience with great customer service at the checkout register.”
“I was in this store yesterday .I had not been in family dollar at this location in a while due to it looking like a free for all yard sale always went out of my way to other locations .But Yesterday my experience was great the cashier name David was very friendly and addressed my needs properly I also meet the new manger Nikki who was very friendly helping me when ask where certain items were located .I really see a change in the store as well as in the people that are being hired .I will definitely be returning and using this location again”
“We only use the Wal-Mart pickup service for our groceries and other household items. The service has been top notch and very efficient for the last 6 months to a year. It has definitely improved from prior years! We rarely go inside the store, so I cannot accurately assess anything other than the pickup service at the West Columbia Wal-Mart on Augusta Rd.”
