“I stayed there for awhile with my ex, but was never a full time resident. Marsha, the landlord/HUD operator of property, is a fantastic woman. She stays on top of inspections, but is also lenient on bills when life takes an unexpected turn. Some drama with certain residents, but she handles it sternly. Decent apartments for the prices.”

“We have been living in the apartments for over 10 years, and even though we have had different managers and maintenance, I have to say the current manager Cristal and current maintenance guy Steve are by farthest the best team we ever had!!. If we ever need some repairs done, Steve is always more than happy to help us out, he goes above and beyond ❤️ we appreciate all his hard work”
