“The staff is so supportive and helpful. Any question or maintenance issue was resolved within 2-3 days. There are plenty of events and great chances to meet fellow residents. One of my favorite amenities is the pool house and hammocks just an absolute great way to unwind and relax.”

“I lived at the gardens a couple years...and like everything else, I think it’s mostly what you make it. If you wanna mind your business,you can do that. If you want drama they can take it there. ? I mean, NO DOUBT, there will be at least two days a week that you’re living in a Gucci song. That’s when you gotta do like your mom always told you and thug it out. Eat your vegetables too. But, random drive bys aside, it’s mostly what you make it.”

“This place is truly the best place to live! The only people who complain/have problems are people who don't know how to do anything themselves, or simply lie or over exaggerate. I say this honestly. The maintenance, the office staff, and the managers are just the best and ALWAYS try to help you the best they can. People seem to lack the common sense that the people in the office do NOT control the price of the homes or a house's utilitity usage and such. I could not recommend this place enough and I feel comfortable and safe here as a college girl!”

“I rented one apartment of Hunter's Glen, Central for one year lease. However, I was there only for four months June - September 2020. It is a very nice community, neat and clean. Management is very caring, professional, and cooperative. Application processing is easy and specifically, I never forget the cooperation of Dede; she is very sensible and can understand what i need and solved the problem accordingly. While it looks it is little expensive compared to its surrounding neighborhood, but it includes water and trash. The apartment was so specious; two bed room is far apart. One negative issue is the sound come from upper floor. May be I feel it badly because for first time I was in wooden home. The community has swimming pool and tennis court and access to always. Maintenance people are nice and they even cleaned/washed the outside of apartment and frontside of community during the covid-19. The community has one beautiful role; if the renter moves out into another state within the lease period, he/she doesn't have to pay lease breaking penalty if it is because of the job change. I paid the rent with credit card without any service fee.I highly recommend this place.”

“Have road by and stopped to speak with management and unfortunately she had already left so i spoke with a sweet single mother of 4 i believe she said and i explained my situation she kindly allowed me to do a walk threw of her 3 bedroon very very nice clean layout would fit my abilities i am single have no family whatsoever in sc i have a registered service dog who is loved by all that cine in contsct with himhe is house trained very wuite greeat with all kids humans and dogs i hope being a single 31 year old man with a disability does not come in the way of me applying for these beautiful apartments i would be greatful to take anything available but dont qant to take from another single family like the sweet lady! Im praying for availability but if not i have high hopes the mamagment can guide me in the direction best fitnfor me amd my abilitys/disabilities! All i am lacking is my bitth certificate which im having to order onlind being i was born in Florida i am prs8this may be the what seems auite place to call my home ?”
