“To assist everyone more effectively, I have observed numerous negative reviews regarding the auto care center. They are currently facing challenges in maintaining adequate staffing levels, an issue that has persisted since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. Consequently, I highly recommend scheduling an appointment online. The department and the entire store are both under new management, and they are making concerted efforts to improve. According to a gentleman I spoke with today, they aim to conclude their operations around 4 PM. Notably, Harold and another gentleman were exceptionally courteous and accommodating during my visit today. I also visited the center last night at 6:20 PM, only to find it unstaffed, despite the hours listed on Google and Walmart indicating a 7 PM closing time. It appears that the last available appointment online is at 5 PM, from Sunday through Saturday. I wanted to leave a review to inform everyone and commend the two gentlemen and the staff working today for their efforts.”

And the owner actually was kind enough to give me a ride to the rental location since they would never answer their phone to pick me up as advertised. “My car was broken into and based off of reviews and my insurance recommendation I decided on Calibur and specifically this location. My sunroof was on national back order and took some time for Lexus to get the part but I was kept informed every step of the way by Richmond by calls and text. Thank you, Richmond! Tye was great at answering questions for me when regarding pick up and Naomi helped me with paperwork when I picked the car up. Thank you for the great customer service! That isn’t so common anymore!”

“We experienced a hail storm. Caliber was able to promptly get my vehicle in for repairs and kept me updated through the entire process. Our vehicle came back like nothing ever happened. I am so glad I did because the car came out absolutely incredible. I highly recommend Allen for dent removal. He is the best.”
“This is the only place I come for tires for all my vehicles. I have had numerous sets of tires for myself. And paid in a timely fashion. My wife has a new set on her car as well. The staff are super helpful and will go out there way to help you. Andre is the one I work with and will go out of his way to help. Marla in back office is awesome. She will help you in any way she can. The people in the shop are very knowledgeable on tires and alignments and im sure on other things as well.

“I brought my truck to Caliber in Lake Wylie. I was rear ended and their insurance company (Progressive) uses Caliber. My truck was done a day early. Body work was great. They did not put the correct lettering on the tailgate. As I’m writing this I got a call that the correct lettering is ordered and should be about a few days to get and then I will have to bring it in. Originally it was black lettering inset. Now it is a silver decal that protrudes out. You can peel it off. My guess is it is aftermarket and not a Chevrolet product. I wanted it back to factory to retain the trucks value.”

“This is the warehouse on John Price Rd. Easy to get to and they have all if your local store doesn't carry the item needed. I will say the public store front is a little wonky to get to. When you leave turn left on John Price and go through the shopping center to come out on Westinghouse. This is much easier than trying to cross S Tryon St if trying to go inbound towards Charlotte.”
