“What can I say. They are always busy trying to meet customer and car show deadlines. I'm in awe of what they have done and can do. From his front yard tinkering, to mainstream music videos, numrous magazine inserts, and even the Cover of Truckin Magazine, these guys can do it all. When I stopped by to get a quote on rims, Eric was fast knowledgable and gave me a fair market quote. Which is hard, because I dont even know what I want. If I lived closer, I would do all of my car business with Mr. Scrape. The owner took a few minutes out of his tight schedule to check on me. If you want it done, these guys can do it !!!”
“So I just want to say that my experience with better collision on my 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee was nothing short of amazing! The staff was very welcoming from the receptionist to the other staff just walking by to speak! The communication was top tier! They were always giving me updates about my vehicle and what stage they were in. The estimated day of finishing was absolutely spot on!! 12/8/25-12/19/25..I got my baby back just in time for the holidays! They even gave me a beautiful detail and vacuum! They were so helpful with showing me how to replace the wipers without making me feel like an idiot. They also had very reasonable prices. “The team at this location is next level. I know literally nothing about cars, and needed to fill my engine with oil. Mireya showed me what grade I needed, what blend I should get, what funnel she actually used herself, and even showed me how to safely add the oil to my engine. She gave amazing service that day and know-how.Then when car battery died a couple weeks later, Jordan, Mireya Mack, AND Sam each took a shift to help me get the right battery for my car, and the tools I needed to install it. Their willingness to help even after the sale was made was really above and beyond. They have a great team at this location. Highly recommend it!”

“I went to autozone and explained what i was dealing with as far as my car and the loud sound it was making and Steve, one of autozone employees literally went above and beyond explaining everything to me he helped me find a new belt and axel i needed and also had a mechanic who worked alongside autozone for an affordable price . He saved me another $60 dollars and a serpentine belt. if you need help when coming here i recommend asking for STEVE!!! Thanks so much steve you definitely overachieved your job!! ??”

I also was experiencing issues with my headlight and Mr. DC was very knowledgeable in pointing out the issue and providing me with a resolution. I always receive great customer service when shopping at this location!”

“We brought in our 2006 Volvo S60 because it was making a metal on metal noise. We had previously taken it to Brown Motor Works in Columbia and they couldn't figure it out. They just said it was getting older and just makes noise. Newman's figured out what the noise was and fixed it. We also had them put on new Shocks, Struts and new headlight assemblies. Our car runs like its on rails again. Very professional and friendly. Didn't try to up sell me anything like most mechanics will do. When you've traveled in the military, it's hard to find a trustworthy local mechanic...problem solved. I will definitely be back!”

“The staff is always wonderful, prices are beyond fair where else can you get the part you need at half the cost new? Parts are taken off with utmost care and they will get you a quote for anything you need or want. Everyone is so friendly and helpful there even if you don't know the name of the part they can figure it out. Will always go there love love love them”
