“Made an appointment to get a battery replacement in an iPhone 11. I was called the morning of the appointment to verify the device I was bringing in and what for (missed that call but they left a message and I called back). When I called back, I spoke to Jeff and was told I could come in sooner if I wanted to since they had some availability in the afternoon. I did arrive about two hours early and they immediately got started on my paperwork and repair. Within an hour and a half I had the phone back with a fully charged battery. Definitely beats the service I received at a Battery store the week prior. The communication, customer service, and attention to detail was top tier.”
“Best place possible for computer repair. The owner is so kind and knowledgable. He explained the issues I was having in a clear way without being condescending like some places can be. His pricing is beyond fair, I honestly expected to pay more than I did. His turn around time estimate was spot on and I got my laptop back quickly with my issue fully resolved. Cannot reccomend this place enough for anyone having computer issues. If you are anywhere near Summerville this is the place to go, it is even worth traveling for.”
