“I leave my paycheck in this place every week and I noticed they have plenty of help at peak times but if I go early or late in the evening and I want help it takes a lonnnnggg time to find someone. They need a QR code throughout the store so every customer can find locations for items. Went early in the morning a couple of weeks ago and found someone to load the truck I rented from them. Had to rent a Penske because I could not put that much weigh on the racks of the SUV Paint and all other departments are very helpful, not as much as the plumbing at Home Depot on Six Forks Rd in Raleigh but they try. I hit this place at least once a week. My latest project was a walk up staircase to the attic and my next is a tile floor for a 240 sq ft room. I got the samples already. I wish the self checkout would stop asking for my email address, I am buying and paying for my items, I am not adopting them”

“I originally gave them 1 star but after posting this and sending an email the regional manager contacted me apologized on behalf of the store and resolved my issues as well as getting my refund and she will be addressing the workers there. My communication with her and resolution bought my stars up from 1 to 4........ if the new manager at this location take note from the regional manager and have empathy when addressing customers the store will be in great hands! .........I recently did a purchase and when it was delivered i noticed that the living room set wasn't what I expected it to be, i immediately asked the delivery guys to please take it back they asked me to call the store even though they was still there. When i called the store they had an attitude with me when I told them it wasnt what i expected based on the pictures i was shown and wanted to return it and the delivery guys were outside, they told me I would not be able to return and had to wait a whole week before someone picked it up. The manager even said to me ,"didn't you see the pictures of the furniture " real rude to me when I told her it wasn't what i expected and even made me explain why. I will not be using this store again and I just believe they want to charge me. I was already given misinformation like i was told that i had to signup for automatic payments before i got my delivery and i know that to be false since I had leased furniture from aarons before. I really want someone to please contact me and I want this furniture out of my place asap and i want a full refund of all my money. The only good thing was the delivery guys were nice and respectful they were only following the directions the store gave them”

“Made an appointment to get a battery replacement in an iPhone 11. I was called the morning of the appointment to verify the device I was bringing in and what for (missed that call but they left a message and I called back). When I called back, I spoke to Jeff and was told I could come in sooner if I wanted to since they had some availability in the afternoon. I did arrive about two hours early and they immediately got started on my paperwork and repair. Within an hour and a half I had the phone back with a fully charged battery. Definitely beats the service I received at a Battery store the week prior. The communication, customer service, and attention to detail was top tier.”
