After my original review, I received a message that they looked into my account and reduced the payment to the original amount agreed upon. They've shown a true expression of customer appreciation! Thanks extra space for the show of great customer relation skills.It seems they get people to rent with the promotion offers and a decent price. Then they go up on the rental amount or have a couple of time's since I rented mine. If they allowed access24 hours, it'd be worth i, maybe, but the hours limit one that can't really access as much due to my own work hours. Staff has always been great but only had to deal with them 2-3 time, and staff may have even changed since then.”

“Petrona was a great help THANK YOU.Although, In time of a hardship crisis I've asked 2 or 3 times if they would work with me on my bill before it became past due then after it was almost up for auction. I had covid, I hadn't worked in 2.5 weeks plus a couple of more issues I had. They do have nice secure storage lockers. When your payment is due after every 5 days that you're late you are charged an extra $5 so therefore they gave me 3 options:*Option (1) If you should make a FULL payment, we can waive the late or lien fee for you.*Option (2) You can make a settlement payment of $. A settlement payment of $, is required to be paid separately in two payments of $ and another for $ on the same day. Once the unit is vacated and the property manager has done their check a refund of $125.00 will be refunded for the cleaning fee. Keep in mind, once a settlement payment is registered, we would ask that your unit is empty and clean, and the locks removed within 72 hours*Option (3) The last option for you would be for the unit to be auctioned. Keep in mind that we won't be able to desist late fees, A late fee of $5.00 will apply every five (5) days once the account is past due. Also if a payment is not made on the account after 35 days a lien fee of $130 will be added.However I do want to say thank you for at least giving me 3 options which put me further behind and has prevented me furthermore problems. They do have nice customer service but they really do need to work a little bit better with people who are in hardship times and especially if the person can provide documentation of so. I do understand it this is a business but having good business ethics in time of hardship would probably boost your company up a little bit better”

“These RV storage facilities are few and far between in SC. We lived 3 hours away but found this storage very convenient to our travels out of the state to distant destinations. The garages are well kept and managed by the owner David. The dump station and wash are are conveniently located when you return from a trip. This is all asphalt, fenced in and well lit. We had no trouble with vandalism. No need to winterize as the units are individually insulated and never went below 40 degrees in the winter. It’s worth the expense. As your RV will last longer out of the hot, intense sun and frequent rains. You can also use the app to control the gate and unit door. The management are great to work with and always have been because I have used this storage facility in the past. Friendly informative and I highly recommend to anyone looking for a storage unit. “Jed McGinnisThis guy does an exceptional job running the place. The place is quiet and peaceful which I greatly enjoyed. Jed's there every morning and evening making sure nothing is amiss. I stayed with SROA for over a year due to it's affordability, location and most importantly the staff. The thing I appreciated the most was that Jed goes the extra step to help resolve any concerns and I even noticed that they have a pest control contract on location so when I came for the final time to get all my things they were rat free and my mattresses were even safe. I appreciate the exceptional customer service and Jed left a great impression. If I need storage in the future SROA will be the first people I look up and that's thanks to Jed going above and beyond.”

“I wish I knew of this place a couple of years ago for it protected my things and I thank Debra for working with me as I was put in a bad situation and needed to use there storage. I wish I could have brought this storage facility with me to my new area of stay for my things got damaged at the place where I brought my things costing me time and money and the insurance want be worth what I lost.The picture you see is what I opened my door to at the new storage facility I'm so glad I didn't store a majority of my things in boxes for the ones that were on the floor got soaked and wet and some of my trophies were broken which were sentimental ,and clothes were damp.”

“This is one of their larger locations in the upstate and outdoor as well. They have other, much more upscale indoor storage facilities, but for most, this should do just fine. They have a locked gate that you'll have access to 24/7 with your own code.Plenty of parking and street lights for night time lighting. They do a pretty good job of keeping the area clean in general. The prices are getting higher and higher though. While this concept isn't something new, over the years we've seen the prices just keep going up and up for the same storage unit. For that some I'm deducting a star. Again, this practice is nothing new in the world of storage units. It is however annoying to say the least.”
