After my original review, I received a message that they looked into my account and reduced the payment to the original amount agreed upon. They've shown a true expression of customer appreciation! Thanks extra space for the show of great customer relation skills.It seems they get people to rent with the promotion offers and a decent price. Then they go up on the rental amount or have a couple of time's since I rented mine. If they allowed access24 hours, it'd be worth i, maybe, but the hours limit one that can't really access as much due to my own work hours. Staff has always been great but only had to deal with them 2-3 time, and staff may have even changed since then.”

“I have used the facility on Pine st Spartanburg for over a year. The property is always well kept and a safe place to store items. The management are great to work with and always have been because I have used this storage facility in the past. Friendly informative and I highly recommend to anyone looking for a storage unit. “This is the second time I’ve used Mobile Attic in two years and I cannot speak highly enough about the company. My in-laws even ended up using them due to my recommendation and were highly pleased. They didn’t have a driver when I was needing my pod delivered and they made accommodations to get the pod to me on the day I needed it. Afterwards, there was an issue with material blocking the pod from being picked up. I was able to get in contact with the driver on the weekend to notify him of the situation. He waited until the material was moved to pick up the pod. I don’t know his name but I if he reads this I hope he knows how appreciative we were for his help. Overall, the company is easy to work with, has the best rates, is professional and down to earth. They stay in contact with you, try to help make your move easy and are very prompt. I don’t have any plans on moving again for a very long time, BUT if I do end up moving again, I will beyond a doubt use their services again!”

“The premises are kept very clean. Gate operators and the gates themselves are well maintained. It appears to me that the security system has been updated.I have contacted the office several times for personal reasons and they were always cheerful and willing to help me. That’s hard to find this day and time.Overall, it’s a great place to store your household items or whatever you desire to store in the units.”

“Jed McGinnisThis guy does an exceptional job running the place. The place is quiet and peaceful which I greatly enjoyed. Jed's there every morning and evening making sure nothing is amiss. I stayed with SROA for over a year due to it's affordability, location and most importantly the staff. The thing I appreciated the most was that Jed goes the extra step to help resolve any concerns and I even noticed that they have a pest control contract on location so when I came for the final time to get all my things they were rat free and my mattresses were even safe. I appreciate the exceptional customer service and Jed left a great impression. If I need storage in the future SROA will be the first people I look up and that's thanks to Jed going above and beyond.”

“We just moved into a new house and Lytle was hired by the previous owners to move their things. During the move, one of their drivers accidentally ran over the mailbox and destroyed it. We closed on the house and discovered what had happened. Our real estate agent reached out to them and explained the situation. We didn't think there was a chance that we were going to get this fixed because we weren't a client of Lytle's and we had no recourse whatsoever if they chose to ignore us. Instead, William Brantner from Lytle immediately paid a mailbox company to completely fix/weld/paint the mailbox and within 3 days it was reinstalled and better than new. I saw the invoice and it wasn't a cheap fix either. Moving companies are notoriously shady but based on my experience with the guys at Lytle I would be glad to give them my business if we ever move again. Many thanks for handling this for us!”
