“A1 is a fabulous storage facility conveniently located between Inman and Boiling Springs. Proximal to I26 and Hwy 9, it is the ideal place for my families storage needs. We keep our Travel Trailer at the facility behind the electronic gate which provides nice security. I recommend this great storage facility to anyone in the area.”
“This is one of their larger locations in the upstate and outdoor as well. They have other, much more upscale indoor storage facilities, but for most, this should do just fine. They have a locked gate that you'll have access to 24/7 with your own code.Plenty of parking and street lights for night time lighting. They do a pretty good job of keeping the area clean in general. The prices are getting higher and higher though. While this concept isn't something new, over the years we've seen the prices just keep going up and up for the same storage unit. For that some I'm deducting a star. Again, this practice is nothing new in the world of storage units. It is however annoying to say the least.”

“Jed McGinnisThis guy does an exceptional job running the place. The place is quiet and peaceful which I greatly enjoyed. Jed's there every morning and evening making sure nothing is amiss. I stayed with SROA for over a year due to it's affordability, location and most importantly the staff. The thing I appreciated the most was that Jed goes the extra step to help resolve any concerns and I even noticed that they have a pest control contract on location so when I came for the final time to get all my things they were rat free and my mattresses were even safe. I appreciate the exceptional customer service and Jed left a great impression. If I need storage in the future SROA will be the first people I look up and that's thanks to Jed going above and beyond.”
“We have had 2 units for the past 2plus years now. We was able to finally downsize to just one unit. This facility has by far been the best place to use for storage. It’s clean and well maintained. And we never once saw any type of bugs and damage to our property.
