He goes beyond measures to help the customers, I was told one day from another employer there that they didn't do a certain transaction but to my surprise Austin was able to do the same exact transaction. I would never tell my clients I couldn't do anything that I really wasn't aware of or how to do it. Thank you Austin for being a great team player as well. Keep smiling and doing your best because of you I came back there bc I normally go downtown. The staff there are very helpful and friendly never say they DO NOT KNOW.”
