Daniel Puzewski from the sales department was a pleasure to work with. He was professional and didn’t pressure me into a deal. Theresa Radcliffe from the finance department was great. She advised me on extended warranties and other options but never pressured me into buying any of them. Andrew Allen from the service department is awesome to work with. When I take my vehicle in for service Andrew always keeps me in the loop on the status of it and he makes sure all maintenance will be completed on time. Customer service, professionalism and responsiveness in my opinion has been top-notch from Freedom Honda, and I highly recommend working with them on your next vehicle purchase or service needs.”

From his front yard tinkering, to mainstream music videos, numrous magazine inserts, and even the Cover of Truckin Magazine, these guys can do it all. When I stopped by to get a quote on rims, Eric was fast knowledgable and gave me a fair market quote. Which is hard, because I dont even know what I want. If I lived closer, I would do all of my car business with Mr. Scrape. The owner took a few minutes out of his tight schedule to check on me. If you want it done, these guys can do it !!!”

“LIFESAVERS! I received a cabinet from Target and the glass in the door was completely shattered. Target was less than helpful and the manufacturer stated that because they were in San Diego that the likeliness of it arriving whole was less than 0. So I called Glassco and they were super helpful and kind. I dropped it off and was told that it would be about 2 weeks (because of the holiday which I completely understood) and then they called me 48hrs after I dropped it off and told me it was ready! It's perfect except the label for the replacement glass has a label that's upside down in the pane but I'm not going to fuss with it. I'm just glad to have my cabinet completed!”

“I was out of town going on a family vacation when my RV had two tires blow out on the same side. I was stranded on the side of the road with my wife and my three dogs and this was the only shop in town that had the size tire that I needed for my RV. I called the shop and let them know my situation, and they graciously worked me in and got me back on the road with all new tires. The shop manager took time to explain to me the proper pressure and how to maintain my new tires as well as the front clerk providing a military discount. They were very fast and efficiently to put on the blown out tires as well as the other two tires that I also wanted to get so I had a matching set for my entire RV. The people at this shop were very knowledgeable, very nice, very detail oriented. Highly recommend the shop, the services they provide, and the products that they sell. Thank you for getting my family back on the road and saving our weekend getaway!! Five star.”

“I want to start this off by saying I grew up near Detroit. Cars and dealerships are dime a dozen and everyone I know works for a car company. With that being said, this dealership was the absolute BEST experience I have ever had. Charles E was who I worked with. He was no nonsense. There was no run around. We drove 2 - 3 hours to go and look at the car that I already knew I wanted but had to be sure. We got there, with our rental car (getting a new car due to another getting totaled in an accident) and the process was quick and smooth. In fact, it was so great, that Matt, who works with you on the financials, offered to follow us to drop off the rental. Everyone in that office is the biggest sweetheart. There was no nonsense, no ridiculous fees, no lies and blowin' smoke. When we were leaving, I actually told my husband that I wish we had won the lottery just so we could buy more vehicles from them because they deserve all the business in the world. I know that this review probably seems ridiculous, but it's truly how I feel. I absolutely adored everyone we spoke to and cannot express enough how wonderful they are.”

“Got my CRV's oil changed here after making an appointment online. I made the appointment as early as I could and there was a line of 2 cars ahead of me, the service took about an hour - hour 1/2 and I used their lobby wifi to work while I waited. The woman service technician who handled my intake and checkout was so incredibly kind and explained things really well to me when they found a couple other minor issues. I really appreciate having a woman to explain car related things to me, I felt so much more comfortable asking questions. “Let me be the one to say that when we arrived at Nissan of Sumter, we received a VERY heartwarming welcome from both Justin and Tremaine. We reside in Charleston, SC, and have been with Nissan of Charleston for several years. In fact, it's been nine nissans worth several years. The last few times there, we did not feel like a valued customer at all. We felt like we were just the next ones in line, fine if we buy and fine if we didn't. So, we extended our search out further to see if it was just us or...."Just them." Well, it was 'just them', we are still the same people who were simply looking to upgrade to a new vehicle. I can not say enough about the effort put forth by both Justin and Tremaine that clearly came naturally on their behalf. We liked Nissan of Sumter so much we sent our dad there to buy his next truck from Justin! We have been back a few more times just to say hello and see how the guys are doing. We were saddened to learn that Tremaine is no longer with the company. Being a business owner myself, if I owned ANY new car lot, I assure you Tremaine would be working for me immediately. He has the "people skills" needed for a business to be very successful. Justin is still there, so trust me, if you are looking for a new, used, trade-in, etc, it's well worth the drive....Justin is definitely the man to see.”
