“Hello! I wanted to share with you my six years experience of living at Seneca Heritage Hills apartments, so that you may also find your little piece of heaven by the lake. I was going through a difficult time back then, but Mrs Kim and her amazing crew were so welcoming and made the rental process go as smoothly as possible for me. I’ve met so many different kinds of amazing people here over the years, some of them are very good friends of mine now. I was new to apartment life and wasn’t sure at first if the smaller space was going to work for me, because i have so much stuff. But luckily they’ve given us plenty of storage, and capitalized on every square foot of the space. The rent here is very reasonable, some of the lowest in the area. The complex is well maintained and continues to be a place that I’m proud to call home. I haven’t had many issues with things breaking around my apartment, but when i do need to put in a work order it’s always taken care of quickly and professionally. It’s a very relaxed environment and I’ve always felt safe here. Here’s a fun little story before i go_ One morning my friend found a note on his car letting him know that he had accidentally left his trunk open the night before, leaving his (expensive) golf clubs exposed. The kind stranger closed the trunk for us and signed his note “Your friendly neighborhood Spider-Man”. That’s when i knew i was in a good place lol. I was so thankful and amused by this that i immediately wrote a thank you note back, and stuck it to the wall of our little post office (he responded).So the only thing i can think of that would make this place even better for me is if small dogs were allowed here, but there’s probably good reasons for the rule. “Have road by and stopped to speak with management and unfortunately she had already left so i spoke with a sweet single mother of 4 i believe she said and i explained my situation she kindly allowed me to do a walk threw of her 3 bedroon very very nice clean layout would fit my abilities i am single have no family whatsoever in sc i have a registered service dog who is loved by all that cine in contsct with himhe is house trained very wuite greeat with all kids humans and dogs i hope being a single 31 year old man with a disability does not come in the way of me applying for these beautiful apartments i would be greatful to take anything available but dont qant to take from another single family like the sweet lady! Im praying for availability but if not i have high hopes the mamagment can guide me in the direction best fitnfor me amd my abilitys/disabilities! All i am lacking is my bitth certificate which im having to order onlind being i was born in Florida i am prs8this may be the what seems auite place to call my home ?”
“I love this place. The staff is extremely friendly, and the property is extremely well maintained. Ms. Quinn is always super helpful, and maintenance is quick & very responsive. Clemson Ridge is a phenomenal apartment community to live in!”
