“The best place I’ve ever gotten tires from hands-down. The staff is always super friendly and courteous. Plus the tire prices are reasonable. I also recommend buying your tire certificates for the added peace of mind. Their website is a great place to buy the tires, and you can schedule an appointment there without any problems for the installation. They also have a no hassle rotation and balancing service, and also patching of flats included with the purchase. I’ve had a couple of tires patched without any problems, and I have never had any problem getting my tires balanced or rotated either. Don’t waste your time looking to save a couple of bucks anywhere else. I made that mistake a couple of years ago, and bought a couple of tires from Walmart… It took hours just to get two tires installed, and the person who installed them over inflated one of the tires to the point of actually damaging it and had to replace it. So save yourself the headache, just go to discount tire. You will not be sorry.”

“This is the only place I come for tires for all my vehicles. I have had numerous sets of tires for myself. And paid in a timely fashion. My wife has a new set on her car as well. The staff are super helpful and will go out there way to help you. Andre is the one I work with and will go out of his way to help. Marla in back office is awesome. She will help you in any way she can. The people in the shop are very knowledgeable on tires and alignments and im sure on other things as well.

“In my time away, Rock Hill Automotive got even better! They added two customer service managers who personally take responsibility for their customers on the phone and on premise.
I used Rock Hill Automotive for years before moving away in 2023. The techs were always clear about my vehicle's needs in the immediate, near, and later future. They showed me the filters and reports with photographs.
The owner and his wife are frequently there, and they speak to their customers. They let us know we are importance to them. They know us, and we know them. They are both personable and recognized as a top service provider for NAPA. They have even offered classes specifically for women for basic safety and to save themselves money. For example, one section is to check your oil. (Here's how.)
Since returning, I visited with a newer car. They were just as honest and helpful. The culture there includes employees being so concerned about my safety that when I left without buying a battery, the customer service manager asked me to get a battery soon, even if not from them. He didn't want me to be stranded.
I wholly recommend Rock Hill Automotive, especially to women, because auto repair and maintenance is their specialty, and they want to continue to provide exceptional service for years to come.”

“We needed a tire in a hurry, My girlfriend's dad had to be at his hospital appointment for his last chemotherapy treatment. We showed up at Econos 30 minutes before the opened at 8:30 am. Out of Nowhere come this guy he asked me in Spanish if I needed a tire and using hand signals because my Spanish is awful. Within 15 minutes he had opened the shop picked me out a new tire changed the tire and shaking my hand. Best service I've ever experienced and a great price on the tire. I'm typing this message as we take my girlfriend's father to his Dr's appointment on time. A big shout out to Econo's for everything. I want to also wish my girlfriend a happy birthday today, Tiff great driving , I never thought we would make it on-time but you came through. Happy Birthday sweet heart.”

I only need it a vault change from one of my tires and they came and told me that they wanted to check my sencors since they wanted to lmk if they were dead and If I need it to change them.
They check then and they came out all dead so they lmk that any time I could come and change them as well how much it would cost me.
They were really really nice.
And he didn’t charge me for the vault of the tire since it was only 2.50 and they even put my tire back. W no cost.
