“Public Storage on Red River Rd in Rock Hill, SC, is where I encountered an exceptional associate named Flow. Flow truly stands out as AMAZING. My previous experiences with Public Storage hadn't been the greatest. Across three units and two different locations, I consistently found the customer service lacking. However, that changed recently at Red River in Rock Hill, thanks to Flow. She excels in communication, always being friendly and approachable. Flow ensures that I'm never overcharged for anything and is proactive in resolving any issues, even collaborating with management when necessary. If you're considering a storage unit at any Public Storage location in South Carolina, seek out whichever one Flow is at. Public Storage would be wise to retain her indefinitely.”
“Elizabeth has been amazing and so easy to work with. I can’t say enough about the whole staff at Morningstar storage. I tragically lost my son that has had a storage building there for years. They have been nothing but kind and helpful throughout this journey. The building is clean and secure and I love it is thermostat controlled! “Dee, Property Manager, is always so helpful. When assisting my mom in downsizing her home we found that we needed to put items in storage. It wasn’t anything we planned ahead of time. Dee was GREAT!! She helped me to secure the unit over the phone and helped the movers get to the right place in my absence. I will forever be grateful!”

Ran into a bit of a hiccup with my unit on my end and Cailin was amazing with helping me figure it out I was on and off the phone with her since about 9:30 this morning trying to get everything situated and fixed. She was very patient and helpful everything is fixed and sorted out if I could give 10 stars I would!!!!”
“We just moved our travel trailer to their vehicle storage lot. Gloria was great to deal with, the spaces are generous and easy to access and their rates are reasonable. We were given the lowered rate than when we reserved two weeks ago, which beat our previous storage by $35/month. Bonus that it’s only 1.5 miles away from home”
“On Sat afternoon, Very very kind lady on the phone. Explained everything in detail so I did not miss understood. Made sure to answer all of my questions. Even the ones asked multiple times. Later to find out this was thier answering service. Mon am I received a call from the employee confirming my reservation. When I arrived at the location, Savanah was EXSTREAMLY friendly and again went over everything with me. Helped me get the best unit and best price for me in my urgent need. “Renting a unit was Smooth and easy because Kathy behind the desk was pleasant. I pay my bill on time monthly and never have locked out of the gate but 1 time I put my code in wrong and thought about calling but it was after normal business hours and knew it would be rude. So I took some breaths and tried again. It was operator error lol. Thank you Kathy for always being so kind. I did read through some of these reviews and feel that the bad ones have another part of the story missing”

“JILL & DAVE FOR PRESIDENT!The facility is clean & well-kept. Same with the equipment I rented (a 10-foot truck plus an auto transporter).That's all just standard stuff you expect from a company like U-Haul.What set this experience apart for me, however, is the incredible staff.I had to pleasure of working with Jill, Dave, & Charles.All three were extremely friendly, warm, & helpful. They each, in their own ways, went above & beyond to help me during this pick-up.Jill & Dave especially need to be recognized.Jill is very good about explaining, in plain English, what to expect, how to avoid late fees, what I must do as the customer, what they must do as a company, etc. She broke it all down for me neatly & clearly.As a bonus, Jill is quite funny, too.I had never loaded a vehicle onto a transporter before. Had no clue what I was doing.The company tells employees they cannot load your vehicle for you (for liability reasons). I get that.Jill & Dave talked me & walked me through the process, step by step. They directed me as I drove my car up the ramps. It was raining that day & my rear-wheel drive tires were spinning at the top part of the ramp.Dave was quick to grab a couple of moving blankets to lay down as traction for my rear wheels.Worked perfectly!My car has a very low profile. My front bumper was going to be damaged by the front of the ramp but Jill found some pieces of plywood to use as blocks.Once again, worked perfectly!Jill & Dave make a superb team. They enjoy what they do & they are both very good at what they do.They took care of me from start to finish - I would have been at a complete loss without their help.Future customers - if you are going to rent from the Heckle Blvd location make sure you schedule your appointment during a time when Jill & Dave will be there, trust me on this! They work morning shifts, FYI.U-Haul - I have been using you for years & will continue to do so.Area for improvement: I made my reservation, in person, at a different location than Heckle Blvd. The gentleman was very helpful. However, he said that whichever location I end up picking up my rental, the workers there will have blocks/wood to help me load my low-profile vehicle & whichever location I drop off at, the workers there will also have blocks/wood to help me unload.This simply was not true. I just lucked out with Jill & Dave being so helpful & happening to have wood that they gave me to keep.”
