“Wow - a great clean facility with helpful courteous staff. Have rented from Public Storage in the Charlotte area for over 15 years and 4 years ago rented multiple units at this facility when we downsized and moved to this area.This is by far the cleanest, most well-maintained and secure location we've ever used. The property manager, Crystal, goes above & beyond what one might expect. We now need to move from one unit to different size, and she was so pleasant in offering to help me determine the size needed, and even gave me a few names of movers who might help.
