“10/10 would recommend! I chose Burns Auto Body & Paint from a list of body shops approved through Allstate Insurance. Initially the choice was a "crapshoot" and really, I was just hoping for the best. However, it turned out to be THE BEST service experiences I've had in a very, very long time. The level of competency, professionalism, positive attitude and communication was so above bar it truly blew me away. I felt so well taken care of and valued as a customer. “Bill Capel and associates aim to please. They painted our 2012 Toyota Camry. After receiving a call for pick up , I noticed a couple places in the paint that needed to be corrected. We grabbed Bill , Vince and they agreed that the areas of concern needed to be addressed. Paint color was off as well. They asked to keep the car and correct the issues. When we went back to pick the car up , it was perfect. I thank them for being so professional and taking pride in their finished work. They were all easy to work with. I highly recommend.
