Took great care in the service and has a wonderful character. I did not remember to tell him that I had two dogs that frequented the car. Through him a curveball and adjusted his services as needed. He outlined his cost upfront which was beneficial because I was well notified that there would be additional cost which was not far off from original quote. All that to say again that we are very happy with the final outcome. Full interior and exterior detailing.”

After dropping off my vehicle, he actually called me back and let me know that he felt he charged me too much and reduced the price significantly. Since my first tint job on the C63 (several years ago), I’ve had three other cars in Brian’s shop. My GT4, F-Pace SVR and RS5 have all been trusted in Brian’s care for PPF, ceramic coating and window tint. Brian will treat you with respect, execute the work with care and stand behind his work. “I recently inquired on a social media platform for the best body shop in Charlotte and Street Scenes was recommended and I decided to do some research and due diligence. After seeing the glowing reviews, I went to see Rick and his team to inquire about fixing my Audi RS5 that was victim to a parking lot hit and run which left my front fender and bumper in bad shape. Rick was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in the initial walkaround and made me feel comfortable giving him my business. I was not disappointed in my decision. The end result was immaculate but more importantly to me, he kept communication with me at all times and even went the extra mile to send me pictures, videos, and texts while my car was being repaired. I've went to a few local shops previously, but Rick exceeded all previous establishments in all aspects. I was so impressed, I'm coming back for additional services (ceramic coating) as soon as I can. “I spoke to these Gentleman and by the tone of their voice I felt confident in bringing my car to them. I had an issue with the hood on my 2009 Acura tl , the hood wouldn’t open it was jammed. I dropped of my car and it like two hours I returned back to the shop and my hood was open to my surprise nobody was able to open my hood for like a week and a half. I was immediately happy and will continue bringing my car to these gentleman. They also didn’t tear my pockets down which the previous shop was trying to do to me. These guys are truly for the people .”
