“I had difficulty signing on to the Family Dollar website, and eventually left the store without my $5 savings. It frustrated me because I'm a teacher, buying out of pocket. I returned to my car, worked out the glitch, went back in and the very nice young man (Cyrus?) who witnessed my first failure, gave me a refund, rang up the items (again) and then I left, with my refund in hand. I appreciate his patience. Instead of leaving annoyed, I left happy, though I cost him several wasted minutes.”

“Although they run out of daily items, like milk and eggs, it's an okay store. A couple of times they opened later than 8am, the last being fifteen minutes late, but it's the only place in town to get groceries so will deal with it. Employees are very nice.”
