I was visiting Greenville SC with my dog, and needed to see a vet.I was able to “walk in” and have my dog seen after maybe a 10 minute wait on a Thursday morning. “At Palmetto Animal Hospital in Williamston today, our Boston Terrier Mini needed a vaccine. Afterward, our baby needed a pacifier to calm her nerves. The vet staff were quick and courteous, and the waiting area was clean. I noticed a sign that read if a candle was lit, that someone was saying goodbye to their pet. How thoughtful of PAH to have a way to let other folks know when to be more respectful ? ?”

“The Dr's here are very knowledgeable and take very good care of their patients. My puppy had parvo at 4 weeks old. We couldn't afford to hospitalize him. I was completely heart broken because we knew without treatment what would happen. The Dr's and nurses gave use very detailed instructions and all the medications needed to get him through it. After round the clock treatment he is now thriving. The staff called multiple times to check on him and scheduled multiple follow ups to check his progress. I definitely recommend Banfield. They truly care about the pets that come here.”

“Mrs Langston ask how can I help you I said yes I had appointment for 2 baby kittens to have them put to sleep she gave me to papers to fill out I put names on the papers on both of them I said I 'm sorry I messed your papers up she said that's OK she had so much patience with me and then I tried 4 times to put my debit card in I kept putting the wrong number in she knew I was in bad shape. I said I 'm sorry she said that's ok.She ask me do you want to go back with them I said no she said I understand I went to give her the the babies to her I looked down at them for the last time and told them I loved them she said I 'm so sorry for your loss I said thank you with tears in my eyes. I JUST WANTED TO THANK YOU AGAIN ?”

“I love this Banfield location. They have been excellent at taking care of my two dogs, are so transparent with pricing, and always do their best to be efficient & thorough! What prompted me to write this review was my recent visit when I took my cat to see them last week. He is adorable at home, but an absolute demon at the vet. I made them aware of this and they handled his demonic attitude with care, love, & grace- and successfully gave him his vaccines without him being drugged or anyone being bit by bratty cat child. I usually leave vet visits with my cat in tears from frustration, but I left this appointment with a smile on my face! (My cat wasn’t smiling, but he got the vaccines he needed! He’s just fine). Thank you 1000x over to the staff here for making what is usually a traumatic experience, an excellent one!”

This office isn't the kind to just rip you off just to make you spend more money, he has never stirred me or my family wrong. He has a very dry sense of humor but I love it, he cracks me up every time and has a way of explaining things to really help you understand what's going on with your fur baby.
