“Our 6 months old kitten "Baby" had a big lump appear on her side. We thought was possibly a wolf worm. We called Saturday & were told to bring her in 8:30 Monday. Monday morning lump was gone but had about an inch cut where lump was. Vet said she was bitten by a dog & had got infected. Guess her rough tongue licked it so much it burst. We had a very good experience here. Vet was knowledgeable & nice. Prices were much cheaper than vet we've carried our 14 year old boxer to. We were well pleased”

“The Dr's here are very knowledgeable and take very good care of their patients. My puppy had parvo at 4 weeks old. We couldn't afford to hospitalize him. I was completely heart broken because we knew without treatment what would happen. The Dr's and nurses gave use very detailed instructions and all the medications needed to get him through it. After round the clock treatment he is now thriving. The staff called multiple times to check on him and scheduled multiple follow ups to check his progress. I definitely recommend Banfield. They truly care about the pets that come here.”

“Mrs Langston ask how can I help you I said yes I had appointment for 2 baby kittens to have them put to sleep she gave me to papers to fill out I put names on the papers on both of them I said I 'm sorry I messed your papers up she said that's OK she had so much patience with me and then I tried 4 times to put my debit card in I kept putting the wrong number in she knew I was in bad shape. I said I 'm sorry she said that's ok.She ask me do you want to go back with them I said no she said I understand I went to give her the the babies to her I looked down at them for the last time and told them I loved them she said I 'm so sorry for your loss I said thank you with tears in my eyes. I JUST WANTED TO THANK YOU AGAIN ?”

“I absolutely love Dr. Langston and the office staff. He has a great sense of humor and you can tell he knows what he is talking about. This office isn't the kind to just rip you off just to make you spend more money, he has never stirred me or my family wrong. He has a very dry sense of humor but I love it, he cracks me up every time and has a way of explaining things to really help you understand what's going on with your fur baby. I will always recommend this vet!”
