“Dealership service departments have an unfortunate reputation for being too pricey and having substandard customer service. Charles Ray and his associates at Benson Nissan seem determined to change that narrative. Went in for rear brakes and discovered there were other issues. A discovery that could not have come at a worse time for me but I did not realize the team that was on my side. These gentlemen made sure that not only were my brakes professionally installed but the other issues were handled quickly and at a price that did not destroy my budget. As I waited for the work to be done I noticed how helpful and considerate they were to each and every customer that came into their department. Constantly putting their heads together to see how they could help their customers get back on the road as quickly and reasonably as possible. Having good prices is always a great thing but customer service at such a high level is something you simply cannot put a price on. Benson Nissan will be my go to place for any work done on my Rogue. “Excellent!I have taken my car here for a tune - up , oil change, belts changed, today my timing belt was replaced,and I bought tires.My car runs better now than when I purchased it. Prices are more than reasonable. Before anyone does anything extra they call.I would not go anywhere else for my car repairs. Friendly staff, and just a nice welcome feeling from drop off to pick up. “If there were more than five stars, I would give them. These folks bring integrity to new heights. I've taken my vehicles to them several times and have always been given straightforward answers and solutions at better than reasonable prices.After a long trip towing a camper, I took my truck in this morning for a general service and inspection. I noticed fluid leaking at the front and Dominic immediately showed me the leak in the radiator. They replaced that, changed engine oil and transmission fluid and filters and, in the process, one of his techs found a potentially disastrous leaking front main seal which he replaced as well. All of this was completed within hours and I was back on the road for probably half of what a big box store would have charged.They're a true asset to the community. In this time of tight budgets and high prices, show them some holiday appreciation. They truly deserve the gratitude.”

“I take back everything o said nice about them. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE THERE. My truck was in a wreck on 5/12 and here it is 8/21 and I’m still having issues. They sent the truck home with me the first time and the ball joint popped out while I was backing out my driveway. I may be a female but I’m not stupid that is not supposed to happen. Got it back again and had a mechanic go to change my head light because I was told it burnt out to find out they put a after market headlight housing in it instead of stock like is on the driver side. When I contacted them to find out why it wasn’t fixed I was told “ I know the headlight is aftermarket so it will be a little different but everything still operates the same. Please have him bring it by because I would like to see what is going on.” Why did yall feel it was okay to send me home with no light bulb at all in my truck and to not match the housing with what was already in my truck. They try to take the cheap way out but not with me. I trusted them to fix my truck instead they have not and this is there last change next thing I find wrong that they said they fixed will be handled by a lawyer.
I love how they kept in touch with me every step of the way and when they found other things wrong with my truck they called me to come in and look at it. Will not be taking my trucks anywhere else.”

“I was referred to them by a friend, he said they are the best around. He wasn't kidding, they are awesome! I got new rims on my 2027 Vet, they had to true up my old tires to the new rims. it took them a few times to get it right, but they only charged me once. the last time the owner (Jonathon) spent time with my Vet and got the tires perfect. I would highly recommend them for any work on your vehicle. Also, I got prices at 3 different shops, they were by far the cheapest”

“My husband and I traveled to Tryon, NC from LaGrange, KY to see our granddaughter's Horse Competition. While there, the Transmission on our 2016 Silverado went out, we had quite a dilemma since we were pulling our 20 foot Travel Trailer. My husband made several calls to the local dealerships with no luck. He was referred to Wakefield Automotive in Spartanburg, SC, 25 miles away. This was on Friday, the day after Thanksgiving 2023. The Service Department worked us into their schedule Monday morning and had us back on the road Wednesday afternoon. We would like to thank Mark in the Service Department and especially Bryan Coffey Service Manager for their compassion in helping us get back on the road.”

Be patient and courteous and you will not be disappointed in price or work!UPDATE: if you come on Saturday... BE PATIENT! when they open, they do their very best to keep track of who was in line first! ALSO! ... getting a bigger place acquires more overhead and that requires higher prices.... “Mike kept me informed on my brakes let me know what should be done now and what could be done later according to what I could afford at the time. The customer service was great. The lounge had the TV on movies and WiFi for customers who needed to use this. Should have complimentary water or coffee for customers waiting. I highly recommend”
