I have Shopped the Asheville store and the store in Myrtle Beach when they had a location there. But Charleston is my favorite location because of the staff. Of course,I love my shoes. “I came in looking for some styles with the Dynasoft midsole (most comfortable and resilient midsole I've found for my feet), unfortunately they only had 1 style that I didn't like. Was talking to Dalton (new guy) and he realized pretty quickly I'd done a bunch of hunting already and probably knew more about that particular shoe than he did. He didn't give up on me though and talked me into checking online to see if they could order anything I liked. Shoutout to Markel for helping Dalton and I find a pair of the Dynasoft Nitrel v6's that I hadn't realized had even released yet. Markel price matched them and hooked me up with a military discount on top. I rarely do these reviews but Dalton and Markel knocked it out of the park today.”

Blair, Darlene and Jay were very nice and very helpful. They advertised the shoes in a fashionable way, but not showy. Their outfits were well put together. I didn't even realize they had on shoes that were sold in the store!
I do have foot issues so comfort is of the utmost importance. I found a couple pairs that were surprisingly comfortable.

“Very attractive buildings and well tended flowers. Easy to follow the directions boards, lots of parking, nice restrooms. A good variety of vendors - we always buy our Skechers from Tanger. I miss the cookware store which had some quirky items which made good gifts.”

“Phenomenal customer experience today. Was shopping with my 9 year old to get her first pair of converse :) both of the women employees that we interacted with were just awesome! The woman on the floor offered assistance and I asked about how much to size down. She gave some guidance and then offered to check the fit for me. The woman at the register was so sweet-my daughter was using birthday money to pay her own way and the way the employee took care of her was genuinely outstanding. Great location-keep doing what you are doing!-your service was literally noteworthy ;)”

“This store has quite a few qualities one whether you are very petite or a woman of larger size like myself there is always something to find in this store. The price and the quality you receive is excellent I've had stuff from anntaylor for years. The staff will work with you help you to find your style and if you have any questions or need that extra time they will definitely help you out.”
“I called to see if they had a clearance shoe in store on 7/09/25 around 11:30, the lady I spoke with was very helpful. She asked what size I needed, offered to hold them for me and informed me of a sale they had going on. I was able to go after work, do my shopping and get in-and out quickly. My experience was smooth and easy; The store was also very well organized and clean! This was my first time shopping at Sperry but it will certainly not be my last.”
“The service and selection here is fantastic. The store is well laid out so you can easily find whatever style shoe or clothing you want. My husband is preparing his outfit for a wedding and needed black dress shoes. They had the perfect pair of black, double monk strap shoes and he loved how comfortable and stylish they were. They were even on a markdown so he got a great pair of shoes at an even better price. They are definitely worth what you pay. We were helped by a wonderful employee there who was happy to give us recommendations and answer any questions we had. My husband got to walk around the store and feel out his new shoes before purchase so he was completely happy with them. I'll definitely be returning to take advantage of their great products and deals!”
“I have had one of the best customer service today with Mary and Lisa. I had to do a return from one of their other stores. Lisa was super nice and told me that managers approval was needed. Mary took care of everything within minutes with the most pleasant attitude. She pointed out that there were similar shoes on sale, walked me to the aisle and helped me find the right size by measuring my foot. I didnt know that feet change with age. I'll be back soon!”

“Came here on vacation. Wished I had taken the gentleman's name who helped me and my daughter get her shoes. Man knew exactly where the shoe was when she brought him one from the window display. Dude climbed up a ladder there to get us a few sizes to try and helped fit her into the shoe. Class act for sure! It's a shame he had one of the other female employees berating him at the counter for the whole store to hear. He remained a professional the entire time while she continued to show her ass while she checked us out and raise her voice at him while he moved to continue working. Man if you see this and need a witness reach out here and I will relay what I witnessed. She should probably find another place to work and I am willing to bet this isn't the first time she has acted this way. 10/9/25”
