“Nice store and personnel. I do find it frustrating that all HomeGoods stores seem to only carry 5 placemats or 6 of something and you cannot get a complete set of 8-12 of anything without traveling to other stores. Those who entertain a lot are looking for a larger number of dinnerware, napkins etc. They should at least have an inventory system where you can locate additional numbers of a particular item and which store has it.”

My daughter found the exact same one she had been wanting. Carlos the store representative made sure prior to her buying that one, that that was what she was looking for. Carlos was very helpful and professional in dealing with us and he made sure we got what we wanted. Carlos and another store representative loaded my daughters couch onto her truck. “Customer service at the store needs improvement because they are low staffed. Once it was my turn I was very satisfied. Phone customer service was terrible so if you have an issue good luck. The large refrigerator I purchased was dented because they couldn’t get it in the house so I refused it. Trying to set up a second delivery took many phone calls. The best part of the entire purchase was the second delivery of a new, perfect refrigerator. Omari & Raji were experienced and courteous. They had to dismantle part of it to get in the house and put it back together. I was very pleased with them.”
“I did the curb side pickup and it was great. The time it took for it to be ready was pretty quick and the ease of the website to place the order was easy. It notified me when my order was ready and how to check in when I arrived. The product was the correct one as well . I will definitely do curbside pickup again”

“I ordered a workbench from these guys and got it about 5 years ago. I did a custom order. I talked to the owner himself and told him what I was looking for and he helped me walk through the custom build. I was sent pictures during the build to make sure it was just as I wanted it, and communication was wonderful. I've been using the bench for 5 years for reloading, gunsmithing, gun cleaning and multiple other uses with no problems at all. Couldn't be happier with the purchase. I don't know how I got through without it.”
