Fast forward and there was some wear and tear on the frame....no questions asked they offered to replace it and only asked in the future I let them know if there is any minor damage as they might be able to repair it. I will not go anywhere else moving forward.”

“This store is amazing and in sane. Absolutely love the vibe, the decor and furniture selections. I just wish I could take it all home and put it in my house. I've seen several comments on here about employees being rude and I did not have that experience but they are very particular about your mask if it slips the slightest on your nose. Other than that, I found my experience extremely enjoyable and would go back again and again. I can't wait to check out their warehouse sale through their outlet.”

Now there is room to walk and the prices are wonderful. I didn't find what I was specifically looking for I will be back to look again another day for sure. “I purchased three barstools at the Barstool Shop in 2017. Solid construction and used daily, they are workhorses in my kitchen. A friend recently stood on one of the footrests (not made for standing) and broke it. I contacted the owner at the Barstool Shop to explore my options and she offered to order a replacement footrest from the manufacturer. She ordered it and called me when it came in. I reinstalled the new footrest and it fit perfectly and matched color wise at minimal cost. The owner at the bar stool shop is friendly, knowledgeable and offers great customer service!”
