This is our second purchase from the store, and while we thought we would have to spread the items out into several purchases, she helped us to be able to get all the items together into one grouping! Also laudable is the store’s designer, Christine, who came in on her day off during a holiday week to help us get it right and accessorize!”

“OMGEEEE! When I tell you that the staff there, (mainly Betty & Julia!) Were AWESOME! I'm in San Diego, and I was planning a scavenger hunt for my fiance's birthday. I ordered things from the website, but had a few hiccups. I called the store, got Betty on the line to tell her what was happening to me online, & what I was planning. She eased my mind & told me that as soon as the order came through, she would put it all together for me! ?
The day of his Birthday, the basket I ordered was waaay too small, I called again, and got Julia. In a panic, I didn't know what to do, but Julia suggested to just buy a bigger basket, once she sees the order, she will finish working on his gift basket!? I'm telling you, the customer service from these two was BAR NONE! I want to personally Thank these two wonderful ladies for helping me make my Love's Birthday special!? And he Thanks you guy's as well!

We had our 2 Fur-Babies with Us however they were in Their Stroller so we All were able to Walk thru the Store and WOW ...They even had Treats for My Little Boys. “Always enjoy Ross, great deals. When we were checking out we didn't realize it was senior discount day. I didn't even know they had a senior discount on Tuesdays.
The clerk was really nice we were wondering why we saved so much money. When we looked at our receipt we figured it out she automatically gave us a discount without us asking. Ross always has wonderful selections no matter.”

“Love shopping at Ross. This one I believe is a bit pricey and not much selections. Need more staff on floor to put back items to see more of what's there. Spent $160 on this visit. Did a big shopping trip during tax time but was met with resistance by an unhappy worker. Still shop there as my children have the Ross bug like I did. ?”

“This store was smaller than most of the locations I have been to. I had questions, but wasn’t really able to find anyone to help me. I ended up buying a wreath and they did offer to look in the back and see if there was a box for it for storage. Unfortunately, they didn’t have one because they came in a box of 4. I was hoping to find more dishes and linens to check out, but they had a small selection.”

“This is the second time I have ordered from this company. Very good customer service. Pricing is fabulous! This time I was purchasing a sectional & everything was so easy. I requested mutiple fabric samples and they happily sent them. They do have another company deliver the furniture. They were great too & even came a day early. I refer them and would recommend them again.”

“My wife and I visited the store on March 23, 2024. Had a very nice assortment of men and women clothing. Reasonably priced, and the store was very clean.
The sales Lady Jill was incredibly knowledgeable on the products throughout the store and spent time with my Wife and I and attended all others and acknowledged all that entered the store. Jill is a great representative of the Cariloha brand. We really enjoyed her and the products.
I bought a gell king-size pillow, and Wife bought some shorts and would have purchased more if her size had been available.”
