I called on Monday, told the gentleman what I wanted, received pictures by text (because I didnt want to drive into Myrtle Beach with tourist traffic) selected my new refrigerator, and received it on Tuesday....the very next day.
The delivery & installation guys were careful, polite, friendly, and thorough. They had to remove my front door but did it with finesse. I have a new refrigerator at an almost used price. I didn't have to wait days or a couple of weeks to get it. Consider A1 Coastal when you need appliances. You won't regret it.”
“This is actually 4 and a half stars.
Miss T was so nice - and knowledgeable. Her inventory, while toward the limited side (5 to 12 of each appliance) was quite affordable, cleaned up well, and everything worked. She even wheeled the oven I was interested in to the back of the store, plugged it in, and cycled through all the burners and oven. The shop offers a 30 day warranty.
The shop offered delivery for a modest $50 which also included take away of my old oven. And this is what cost half a star. The shop called about 30 mins before the scheduled delivery time to tell me they were having car issues and would be delayed. I asked to be kept updated as I had other things to do that day. I had to call 2 hours later for an update. While apologetic, and they gave me a rough time of another hour, I feel I wasted 3 hours waiting when a more proactive approach on their end could have had the delivery rescheduled.
Also, the sides of the new oven were soiled. It was apparent someone wiped it down in an attempt to clean it but the grease and dirt had to be scrubbed to really get it clean.”
“Shop has large stock of quality quilting fabrics as well as a substantial supply of notions to support quilting. Staff will help whenever possible and offer classes for all levels of quilters from beginner on up. They also sell high quality Janome sewing machines. Cleaning and repair services are available for Janome machines as well.”
“We just got back from having our annual service for our Oreck. I cannot say enough about what a great decision it was to buy this Oreck from Jennifer. Personal service is absolutely fantastic.”

It was such a Pleasant surprise to have somebody in Home Depot excited to help us? I have been at other Home Depot locations, where trying to find an associate to help us was fruitless. “Ferguson has been great to work with their consultant Leah is amazing. She has incredible knowledge on kitchen appliances, faucets & fixtures, bathroom accessories, outside grill etc. She has provided the best service and support during a year long build of a new home. Glad my builder is using them, and they will be my go to after moving in, too.”
“i ordered and received a toilet after 9 days waiting. i paid $190.00 for the install to be done by ars on 8/23. no sign of them. i called their place of business. i have no idea what the "heck" is going on and apparently neither do they. home depot screwed this one up. ars will be out 8/24 so they tell me. hd had messed up the delivery date and therefore the install date was put on "hold." the toilet sits in my living room. hd never contacted me at all to let me know what happened. had i not dug into this issue this morning, hd would have had my money on my hd credit card and i guess i could have decorated the toilet for christmas in my living room. disgusted? you bet!”

“My fridge broke down , I have two kids and on a tight budget , found a good deal it was online , however I didn't notice it would be apx 10 days before delivery, the office called me and seen I was in a bind, and had a good fridge on site and honored the online special, and had my fridge within apx 37 hours after initial phone call . Thank you aarons for.your help”

“It was okay, they could not locate my laptop that l left there for them to fix. Eventually they did. Geek squad is good as long as you have a warranty, without that, you are looking to spend around as much as you paid to buy the item new. Would l use them again? Eventually.”
