“I was dealing with a large home improvement store in North Myrtle Beach, (Lowe's) attempting to get a new washer/dryer installed. I made three, 4 hour trips to NMB after being advised that all was good for delivery. Three times, on the morning of delivery, I was informed that my dryer was back ordered. I finally cancelled the whole transaction. As renters were coming soon, I went to Dew's in a panic. Thank goodness! The employees of Dew's were so helpful. I was directed to the size that would work in the condo and within a few minutes walked out with a smile. Delivery was guaranteed for a specific day and actually came and was installed that day. The installers were professional, as were all of the folks at Dew's. I will never deal with another big box store . Save yourself some stress and grow to Dew's first. Elizabeth W.”

“Literally, the worst home depot as far as customer service goes. I was in shock, honestly. The lumber associate was awful, the lot associate that was supposed to help load a bunch of lumber told the cashier who called him that someone else was outside and he didn't need to go help-but there was no one outside. The key carrier was extremely rude and laughed at me. The reason I come to Home Depot is because employees are always so pleasant and willing to help. This location is the exact opposite. If you need help with lumber being cut, dont bother. if you need help loading lumber into your truck, don't bother. If you need to interact with a manager or key carrier, don't bother.”

“Visited the Home Depot North Myrtle Beach to purchase a microwave went to the small appliances part of the Home Depot and Raul Sierra sales associate was very helpful . We purchased a counter microwave. When we pulled up to load the microwave into our car a sale associate loaded the appliance into our vehicle. We will shop at this Home Depot again. 620 17 N.
