Had a great experience trying out both the bike and bike+. Was able to do rides on both bikes before making a purchase. Did a 10min warm up class on bike and 30minute class on bike+. Ended up ordering a bike plus on a Black Friday special. Great that you can come in and try their products before purchase.

Phone customer service is thrash. Spent almost 2 hours on the phone. No resolution. Hung up on, disconnected, no call back, placed on long holds (one time I forgot I was even on the phone), transferred multiple times. All I needed was help ordering a $15 part. I wish I could give a zero. Agents are not what customer service should be.

Everyone was extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Got my bike yesterday and needed help with measurements. They took great care of me! Will be back with my boyfriend to get his measurements also!

Holy cow, what a terrible experience in working with the local and corporate Peleton.1. The store ordered the wrong accessories package. I caught it and tried chat, sales support and calling the local store. I received different answers for all (yes we can swap the packages, no we can't swap the packages, you need to return everything and reorder, you will continue to get the mother's day discount, you won't get the Mother's Day discount?)2. I was told by corporate that I had to do a refund of the whole order, which while on the phone they sent me a return label for the accessories that had already shipped, and the bike is refunded. I meanwhile, purchase what I wanted again on my own online.3. Two days later The local store calls and keeps me on the phone w another sales rep bc they want to keep the credit of the sale. They tell me the rep from two days before never submitted the refund. I should now get my refund in 5-7 business days.4. The accessories arrive. There are two family kits sent (one correct and one incorrect- expected) but ALSO an extra yoga belt, Matt ans resistance bands??) I call, and they send me another shipping label. So now I've had to return two things on their mistakes.5. I get an email that my bike deliver was cancelled. I'm told it's for the bike they cancelled. It was not. It was for both bikes....6. I spend over an hour in the store attempting to get my refund going and my bike delivered.7. I get the bike (thank Jesus)8. It's been 9 days since I should have been refunded. I email the local store. They tell me it's been resubmitted to billing (that makes it the third time!!!) and it should (ONLY?!?) be another 3-5 business days.Am I crazy or is this bananas for a luxury item???

I initially went to this store to check out Peloton and all of the gals there were wonderful. I immediately fell in love with the bike and all of the different workout options. After receiving my bike, I had noticed a very annoying squeak that got increasingly worse. After corresponding with corporate I got incredibly frustrated since they appeared as if they were not going to help me or listen to actual issue which was the bike not the cleats etc.It was not until I reached out to the team at Peloton Mt P, that my concerns were not only heard but acted upon. Jennifer was instrumental in being very patient with me and guiding me through receiving a replacement bike. I am very grateful for her professionalism and her execution on the matter and I appreciate the support of the other team members at Mt Pleasant as well! Thank you!

Qlready have my bike, but went in to check out the retail. All the staff were super friendly and offered to fit me and share some info on the bike which was very helpful. Wish they carried more apparel and accessories and kept more stock for what they have, but overall great experience. Would definitely pop back in when I was in town to check out the apparel again.

Went to get sized for my bike that arrives next weekend and Rachel was super sweet, very informative, and got me taken care of quickly. Thanks to both of the ladies that helped me out today with my settings and new apparel :)

Jenn and the team here are amazing.I was unsure wether to buy directly online or not.I'm so pleased I purchased from the store as we had some issues with the equipment but having the support locally was priceless.

We ordered our Peloton online a few weeks ago, but stopped in the store to get measurements for the bike and make sure we ordered the right shoes. Jennifer, the showroom manager, was kind enough to give us a full walkthrough of the bike talking through all of the bikes features and making sure we felt comfortable riding. The store is very Covid conscious. They only allow two customers at one time, require masks, and wear gloves during your appointment. Overall, I had a great experience and am excited to use my bike.

Our new Peloton bike is coming this weekend and it was suggested we stop in our local showroom to get our settings and learn more about it before it comes. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff at this showroom! The minute we walked in, we were pleasantly greeted by at least 4 people! The girl that worked with us was extremely informative and patient with our lack of knowledge and my million questions lol Before leaving, we were introduced to more about the community that comes with Peloton, not just online, but in our own city. Highly recommend checking them out and thank you again for such a great experience for my husband and I!

We have absolutely nothing but amazing things to say about this location specifically.We originally went in because we did not know there a was local location and we had already ordered our bike online. On first encounter Lauren was amazing and showed me around the app and gave some pointers on setting up the bike all of this even though she knew I already ordered online and was expecting my bike to be delivered the next day.When my bike delivery was cancelled the day before I checked back in the with local store, who I did not order the bike with, and they instantly went to getting me some answers. They didn’t have to help at all in my mind and they did and were wonderful about it. Jenn then took over most of the communication until our bike was finally delivered.I greatly regret not ordering the bike from the local store because that were all nothing short of amazing. I would highly recommend going into the store because then you have a local contact as opposed to the national number who was little help.We will encourage any and all of our friends to call the local store to order because they did more than I would ever expected and are genuinely great people! Without them we would have canceled our order.
