I hate to be a Debbie Downer but this HT just doesn't do it for me. The prices seem higher and they're (too) often out of stock of many of the items I want. The employees are neither friendly, nor helpful. Also, I don't understand why HT doesn't have touchless pay so I can pay with my phone. Not happy!

I went to the butcher at my regular Harris Teeter on 41 in Mt P asking about a particular cut of pork- he told me no-not possible- fortunately found it at the Publix where they were happy to provide the cut I was looking for ...thanks Publix for great customer service...I guess I've found a new regular market and butcher... read full comment

Kyle is the most consistent person in that store. He is always courteous, pleasant and helpful. I think i would change my pharmacy if he was not there!! Laura is super pleasant on the phone but I have not met her. Harris Teeter keep it up!!!
