We noticed a ripple across one mattress when our last guests left. I took pictures and immediately emailed Hayley who we purchased the mattresses from. She was of great assistance in getting us in touch with Nora from customer
Service. Within a few days a very nice gentleman came to inspect the mattress. Today I was called by Nora to inform us that a free replacement was approved and we could go pick out a new mattress.
We went to the store and was met by Roy who was so kind and helpful helping us choose a mattress, which will be ordered and delivered sometime next week!

“We had the best experience with Mattress Direct in North Myrtle Beach. Louise was very pleasant and helpful. She was very accommodating, considering that we called her on Saturday 12/17 with an urgent need for a mattress before Christmas on account of another "not so friendly" NMB mattress company canceling our mattress delivery at the 11th hour.
Louise took our order over the phone on Saturday afternoon for a Monday 12/19 delivery. The gentleman who delivered the mattress was very courteous and professional.
