She was very accommodating, considering that we called her on Saturday 12/17 with an urgent need for a mattress before Christmas on account of another "not so friendly" NMB mattress company canceling our mattress delivery at the 11th hour.Louise took our order over the phone on Saturday afternoon for a Monday 12/19 delivery.
