Goes along ways today for a business to not just sell you the parts if you think it needs it. Got it back early and working perfect. 10/10 stars. Can’t go wrong!”
“Been here twice, once to have a trailer tire mounted. They put in a steel valve stem (in place of my incorrect rubber push-in stem) at no charge. Second time was to have the tires rotated and balanced on my wife's car. They fixed a loose piece of trim on the front air dam for us and never mentioned it. Thank you. Mark seems like a great guy, he's got a good crew. We'll definitely be back.”
“I visited another tire company to have a tire replaced due to a screw in the side wall. Less than a week later I discovered another nail in a different tire along with a third tire that had worn and needed replacing. Obviously the first tire company didn’t check the remaining tires as they had indicated. I stopped at NTB and ordered new tires which were delivered and installed the next day. Dominic and Tyler were helpful and kept me informed. They
earned my business. I highly recommend this location.”
“Honestly, I must admit, Brandon J.R tire center is one of the best establishments that I’ve been to for tires. First I want to say thank you so much Brandon again for the Pleasant experience! You have been Very friendly, welcoming, and informative. I felt at ease, knowing that my car will be taken care of. I had got four tires changed, and they all were in superb condition for them to be used. He was more than willing to work with me as far as in the timeframe as I didn’t make it there until around 6:30 not to mention he took his time and didn’t rush just because of the timeframe being that closing was at 7:00 pm.He also made sure he gave me details of what was wrong with one of my tire valves and changed it for me. It’s very apparent that Brandon takes honor in taking care of his customers and I do recommend getting your used or new tires here! I will now be a loyal customer for future reference. “Good local tire shop that I found close to home. There was a small issue in communication between the front of the office and the back of the shop related to an unusual request on my part that they readily addressed. They gave me a really good price on a decent set of tires and the tire pressure sensors (Mine were all dead from age). Dropped off and picked up with only a short wait to correct that one small issue, with a smile and a hand shake. Give these guys your business.”

“The folks ar Abbotts are top shelf! I took an older vehicle in expecting it to need several thousand dollars worth of suspension work. After their mechanics looked at its needs i was informed all it needed was tires and an alignment. HONESTY! They could have easily done unneeded repairs, I gave them a list, but it turned out those repairs were unnecessary thats called INTEGRITY. They are great people to work with, are extremely trustworthy and their pricing on the work that was done was very fair. If you are looking for a repair shop that does the right thing, doesn’t gouge, and does great work in an expeditious manner Abbotts is your place. Thanks for a job well done.”

“I have been coming to the Lexington location for the past 6 years. Every single time I have been extremely impressed with the customer service and speed at which Lee and his team have looked after me. They explain in great detail how the pricing and service time is for mechanical repairs and do a thorough comparison in person when choosing sets of tires. I have bought at least 4 sets of tires there and have had a few mechanical repairs done as well. They warranty their work and stand behind it. I stand behind them and I don’t take my cars n trucks anywhere else. I highly recommend for customer service AND workmanship. 10/10”

“An excellent place for truck Accessories and electrical work on your vehicles. Ian set up our 2021 Jeep Gladiator for flat tow in Jan 2022. I had an issue with the cigarette lighter adapter two years later not workin on the Jeep for our Patriot 3 breaking system. A little over two years later brought my Jeep back to them. They replaced parts and got everything working again. Troy to owner fix the problem and didn’t charge me anything. I highly recommend this business and it really makes me feel great that there are businesses that want your business and does the right things to fix problems.

“Your service advisors and staff went out of their way to assist me with a punctured tire. We are currently down to one car. This past Saturday (6/29), we picked up a screw in one of my tires. I took the car to Firestone late in the workday (about 5:30). Due to the volume of work, the service advisor (Ashton) asked if he could hold the tire and if I could return Sunday morning and they would try to fix it or, if necessary, replace the tire. I came back Sunday morning and another service advisor (Logan) had a technician look at the tire. Due to the amount of damage, they were unable to patch it; however, Logan was able to work with me on getting a new tire that was similar to my damaged tire. The cost of the new tire was greatly offset by the remaining warranty on the damaged tire. We had a lot of responsibilities this weekend for which we needed a car. Your staff provided excellent customer service and ensured our car was road ready. Thank you to Ashton, Logan, and your Tech.”
“My wife's Range Rover Sport Supercharged had a tire with a slow leak on the way from North Topsail Beach, NC back home to Atlanta. Thankfully, she found Garcia's on Google Maps at 4 PM on a Sunday afternoon, right off of I-20, and we gave it a shot, thankfully. They (a wonderful young lady) not only plugged the damaged tire, but also then switched it out for the full-size spare, just to be safe. Great service, extremely quick, and fair pricing. Definitely recommend!”
