We called around and decided to go with them because their dispatchers (Trish and Christina) had the best customer service. The driver Tennessee came and he was SO nice!! He was punctual and polite. I hate that we had to remove our old car but they helped to make a sucky situation a good experience.

In October I had a rental car that needed to be towed . Although there was a long wait time, Michael, the tow truck driver was friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond the call of duty to diagnose the problem with the car and explained what was going on. Thanks Michael.
