“I think I found my new repair shop for my VW GTI. The shop looks great, you can tell they take pride in it. They are also refreshingly communicative. They found a simple issue I had with the car that the dealership was going to charge a lot more for and work on something unnecessary (go figure). The owners were super nice, they went over all my options, and I didn't feel pressured (pretty much the total opposite experience a had at the dealership). Overall a great experience and I highly recommend this shop for the VW and Audi crowd.”

“I've always been leery of having anyone work on my cars, and until i recently got sick I had done the work usually myself. I was referred to Hermann's Auto Services, LLC, by a friend of mine who recently had some work done on his car. Let me tell you, Brian and Danielle take all worry and doubt you may have and put it to bed. They are so friendly, honest, and knowledgeable that almost right away i was at ease at leaving my 68 Camaro there to be fixed. Brian and i spoke about the list of things i needed to have him look at, and he jumped right on it, and went above and beyond by taking care of a few other things that was not up to his standards himself, making the car repaired even better.Brian knows his stuff, he tuned my car and fixed the issues i had in a timely manner, and charged very fair prices. He explained everything he thought needed doing before he did it, so i could give the go ahead or no, and then once told to proceed he not only got it all done right the first time, but in a manner that was very fair priced. The family is very honest, hard-working, bilingual (English/Spanish), and always strives to give you the best service and price.Eddy and his brother Gil have been longtime friends of my father's, who was a diesel (and could repair any engine in between) mechanic for 30 years before he retired. My Dad is the authority on car repairs in our family, and for him to trust anyone with his vehicles for so long speaks volumes. This whole family is amazing.They will take care of you to the best of their ability and offer a wide range of services. Gil even painted my first car! I bought my next car (a 2007 Aveo) from them 12 years ago, and it is still running strong!They have done extensive work on all the vehicles in our family, and I will continue to trust them always! Eddy even came to pick up my Dad's truck from his home when the rack and pinion seized in the driveway so that he could get the other car out to go get dinner for the family. I love these people and their service, and I trust them wholeheartedly!Any kind of mishap or mistake they have ever made was so minor, I don't even want to call it that. I think the only one I can recall was a loose thing in the Aveo that made it run rough, which could have easily been like that to begin with or come off when I hit a bump. I stopped by to ask about it, and Gil popped it right back into place, had a giggle at me because I don't know very much about my own car, and sent me on my way without so much as a second thought.My only caution to any potential customer is that their space is limited, and pulling into the lot can be a bit difficult if they are also moving cars around. “I was passing through when my car Alternator broke. It lasted till I got here and Zach and Matt went further than above and beyond to help me. Matt helped me to find a hotel and stayed an hour after closing to make sure I got where I was going. I have an uncle who is a mechanic who has fixed my car on multiple occasions and this is still the most respected I've ever felt at a car shop. “I took my 2008 truck to a Toyota dealership because of shaking issues and was advised I needed quite a bit of "drivability" parts replaced totaling $3500.00. A friend recommended Miller's Auto Repair who inspected my vehicle and recommended brakes and rotors. They had it done in a day and my truck is running so smooth. I recommend them as they were honest about what they found and even checked what the dealership advised I replace. I was advised there was nothing wrong with the other parts Toyota wanted to replace.
