“I stopped by the Lexington Tractor Supply Co. on Sunset Boulevard yesterday afternoon after a long day of appointments and running errands. I drove by the store forgetting to stop in and ended up turning around to go back since we were out of bird seed and duck feed. Over the years, I have always been impressed with the outstanding customer service provided at this location, but yesterday both Kayli and Cassie outdid themselves. Separately, they both offered suggestions enabling me to make better purchasing decisions. “Hi I recently placed a in store order that is $1,623 , the service person that helped me said I could get pro status and discounts for being a pro. When she submitted for the pro status it was rejected. I was told the amount to be a pro is $1,500 so I bought a nail gun to make sure I was more than that amount. I spend a lot of money at Home Depot each year so I should qualify just from past purchases. Please explain why I was rejected. Thanks SteveMartin”
